I've ...I totally understand and feel your pain! I've been working for a stained glass studio... I'm looking for work because I can't handle working for less than $9 an hour anymore (as well as the fighting from the couple who own the business). I'm sharing a booth with a friend at a local co. fair and I'm scared to death! I'll be off work, and not getting paid, so if I don't sell anything... yikes! It really makes you question whether your stuff is good. And, btw, I don't think the bead in the pic is ugly at all. I think we're our own worst critics.
